- * -The Company has undertaken the following corporate actions for all the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company as on March 2, 2023 i.e. record date for Sub-Division and Bonus Shares:
- a. sub-division of each equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees two only), into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each fully paid up (“Sub-Division”); and
- b. issue of 1 (one) bonus equity share of the Company of face value Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each, for every 1 (one) fully paid up equity share of face value Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each (i.e. as adjusted for Sub-Division) (“Bonus Shares”).

- 360 ONE WAM unclaimed/unpaid dividend as on March 31, 2024
- Dividends that are not encashed or claimed, within seven years from the date of its transfer to the unpaid dividend account, will, in terms of the provisions of section 125 of Companies Act 2013 and other applicable rules, be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by the Government of India. In terms of the provisions of section 125(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, no claim shall lie against the Company or IEPF after the said transfer.
